How the price is calculated
We use Google Maps GPS distance from our barn at 4154 Peanut Rd, Cottondale, FL 32431 to your delivery address. Loaded miles are the one-way miles from our barn to you. Under 50 loaded miles: $2/mile; 50 to under 100: $2.50/mile; 100 to under 150: $3/mile; 150 through 200: $4/mile. Above 200 miles, contact the farm for a quote. The return trip is not charged.Example: 25 miles = 25 loaded miles × $2 = $50, and 75 miles = 75 loaded miles × $2.50 = $187.50. The destination zone's rate applies to all loaded miles, not just the miles above a boundary.
No fuel surcharges. No "rural area" markups. No broker fees.
